Construction of the new hotel and clubhouse commenced at the beginning of September 2006 with estimated completion scheduled for December 2007.
This facility will be built to five star standards and will be operated as such by the Kat Leisure group who are involved in numerous hotels and estate developments. Facilities will include a restaurant, bar, conference facilities, ballroom, wellness centre, gym, tennis courts, swimming pool and a club house with an additional bar and lounge.
The Luxury Suites
The hotel will consist of five independent clusters, each comprising eight two-bedroom suites – four on the ground floor with four on the first level.
Investors have a choice of Heads, forest and mountain, lagoon and golf course views.
Each unit will be 145m2 in extent comprising of two bedrooms en suite, a lounge/ dining and kitchen area as well as a spacious balcony. The suites will be air conditioned with the lounge area having underfloor heating and a gas fireplace. Each suite will have its own private parking bay. All suites will be fully furnished and equipped to five star standards.
Freedom of Usage
The suites will sell on Sectional Title, offering investor’s freedom of use. Furthermore, there is no restriction of use imposed on the suite’s owner. A rental pool is available in which owners can place their suites and share in the income.
